1.When will my car be ready? (We at Lennys pride our self
at fast quality and efficient service. Your car is continually worked on throughout
the day and is returned at record setting pace)
2.When can you schedule my car in? (Most cars are brought in immediately
or by the following week according to parts availability to begin your repairs)
3.What is your relationship with my insurance company? (We at Lennys are a
multiple DRP repair shop for most Insurance companies due to the great working relationship we have with them. If you mention our name to insurance
companies they will normally tell you to go right ahead and take your car
there and let us handle everything from start to finish.
4.What is your warranty? (use what is in the old Web site)
5.Can you help me with my rental? ( We our a one stop shop. We handle all
your concerns of the claim process including your rental needs)
6.Where do I pick up and drop my rental? ( We have your rental brought here
at the shop waiting when you come to drop your car off. You also leave the
rental here when your car is complete. Everything is done at our facility).
7.Do I need an appointment for a estimate? ( it is nice if you can call for an appointment but it is not necessary. We have estimators ready to write at
all times throughout the day)
8.When do I pay my deductible? (after the repairs are complete and you are satisfied with the repairs)
9.What do I do if I have problems with my car. (We have a Quality control manager that inspects every car before delivery, but if you do have a problem or just a question please feel free to call us and we will take care of all concerns!!
10.We are a auto collision repair shop. We are here to take a bad situation that you really don't have time for and handle everything from start to finish. We our here for you!!
